Q:How does the licensing system work?

When you purchase a lifetime license, you receive a key formatted as `FB-PRO-XXXXX-YYYYY`. You paste this key into the settings of the desktop app. The desktop app connects to our server once to register your unique hardware machine ID, and then runs offline indefinitely.

Q:What is the device activation slot limit?

Each license key allows exactly **1 concurrent device slot** to be active. If you buy a new computer and want to migrate your key, log in to this website, open your Dashboard, and click 'Deactivate' on the old computer. This instantly frees up your slot so you can enter the key on the new computer.

Q:Do your apps work completely offline?

Yes! Once activated, the app stores a signed token on your machine. You do not need an active internet connection to run the software. If you do go online, the app will occasionally do a silent validation check in the background to ensure the key hasn't been deactivated or refunded.

Q:How do I download the latest installers?

You can download the free installers (.MSI) directly from each product's page, or log in to the Dashboard to download the official files for any software you own.
